Diana S. Parks
Diana is a partner of Azimuth Legal Group LLP. She has extensive experience advising both private and public clients in all aspects of complex development and infrastructure pursuits from project inception through project execution, including strategic and innovative joint venture and teaming approaches.
Diana has represented and worked with public agencies across North America for the last 23 years in developing P3 programs and delivering marquee projects through innovative procurement and project delivery methodology. Diana has also led projects for large developers, investors and design-build teams, and interacted as the lead representative to teams and consortiums on the strategic and commercial aspects of complex P3 and design-build pursuits.
Through her representation of both public and private clients in this industry, Diana has the unique ability to provide truly informed and balanced advice on risk transfer and key commercial terms to both public and private clients.
Diana previously held in-house senior counsel, vice president positions at both Bechtel Corporation and Tutor Perini Corporation in D.C. and New York where she advised senior management and the Board of Directors on complex civil infrastructure projects, with a focus on risk analysis and negotiation of commercial terms.
Diana is a former partner of Nossaman LLP and Dorsey & Whitney LLP.
